Premere Insurance was formerly known as Versatile General Agency, Inc. and was incorporated under the laws of Oklahoma in 1979. The offices are located at 6161 S 33rd. W. Ave. Suite 132, Tulsa Oklahoma. 74132. and offers homeowners insurance exclusively for owners of manufactured housing, R.V.s and watercraft insurance. The agency is presently licensed to originate policies in thirty states under licensing agreements with American Modem Home and Foremost Insurance companies. Associate relationships in other states will permit us to offer manufactured home policies nationwide.

The agency has a unique relationship with both insurance companies in that they have delegated underwriting and 30 day binding authority on all policies which they write. We have the capability of writing insurance coverage on primary residences, secondary residences and rental homes. Tenant coverage is also available for individuals who are renting their home.

Premere Insurance also enjoys a great working relationship with an expanding number of manufactured home retailers, who are not licensed to write insurance at the point of sale. We work with the buyers and take over the insurance tasks that often fall back on the dealer. Tasks critical to closing the sale, with the documentation perfected to the tastes of each MH lender and government agency programs..

The people at Premere Insurance are experienced working with retailers and lenders to include the cost of insurance in the buyer’s retail purchase contract. Or, we gladly set up premium financing, in house, for easy insurance payments to meet the budget of each our manufactured housing clients.

Kenneth J. Quist
President

Mr. Quist, a Michigan native, brings extensive business experience and knowledge in the areas of management, personnel, public relations, investments and insurance. He is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a BA in Psychology and graduate degrees from Oral Roberts University and Northwestern State University in Oklahoma. For the last ten years, Mr. Quist has served as the Senior Vice President and principal of The Versatile Companies, an Oklahoma corporation specializing in finance and insurance in the manufactured housing industry

Kathleen S. Horstman
Insurance Administrator

Mrs. Horstman manages the daily activities on new and existing policies for customers in the personal and commercial lines of business. She works with both individual customers and dealers in the manufactured housing industry to insure a smooth-running operation. With the agency since 1998, she is very knowledgeable in the manufactured housing insurance industry

Mia Lee.
Insurance Facilitator

Ms. Lee is the point person for all of the internet contacts. She is responsible for researching, marketing and packaging projects, new business solicitation as well as application processing. Donna works closely with the present Insurance Administrator coordinating projects.

David D. Partin
Dealer Insurance Specialist

Mr. Partin comes to the agency with a vast amount of experience in telemarketing ,collections and public relations. He is responsible for working with the dealers who are not licensed to offer insurance, helping them to place both insurance and warranties at the point of sale.
